Enrolling at Refresh Fitness is easy. All you have to do is follow these three simple steps:


1. Choose a Setting

Whether you love working out with a group or on your own, I have a class for you. Here is what you need for your virtual sessions:

  • You will need access to a rowing machine.

  • You will need to have a sports bottle for hydration.

  • You will need to have a sweat towel.

  • You will need to have access to computer/laptop/tablet/mobile phone to connect to Zoom.

2. Choose a Fitness Class
