Training designed to consume maximum calories during your workout, and to create an oxygen deficit that forces your body to burn calories at an accelerated rate for hours afterwards. We will utilize, interval training, circuit training, and a combination of to reach anaerobic glycolysis, one of your body’s three energy systems. Not only are we indoor rowing but exercises will also include hybrid movements and compound exercises. Hybrid movements are more than one exercise that flow together…think squat press. Compound exercises are moves that work multiple large muscle groups at once and engage two or more joints. This class is self-paced with reps or time. We turn on the music and go.
